Heart’s a flutter

Harriet is leaning back on the closed workshop door with her hands on her chest, looking wistfully at the ceiling. Monty Dog is up on his back legs to see if Harriet is feeling ok.

What’s that noise?
Oh!
Oops, I forgot it’s recycling bin day!
If I hurry I can catch them. Come on Monty!

Harriet is looking out of her bedroom window. Monty Dog is pawing at the bedroom door. There is a grey tee shirt on the bed cover and a statue of Nick Park’s animation Gromit dog on the bedside table.
Damn, I knew I forgot something last night.

“Oh, hey! Sorry, I forgot! I, err, umm…”

“Morning! That’s ok, I’ll take it from here. Thank you.”

“Oh th…fanks…I…umm…. I’ll get pick up the…um…”

“Cheers, I’ll leave it on the drive.”

Harriet is in her workshop at the open door. She is handing over the full recycling box to the recycling collector standing outside. The collector is just visible in a grubby hi-viz coat and black work trousers. Monty Dog is looking on.
Oh heck! Oh gosh!

Oh heck!
Be still my beating heart!
Wow, haven’t felt like that for a while!

Harriet is leaning back on the closed workshop door with her hands on her chest, looking wistfully at the ceiling. Monty Dog is up on his back legs to see if Harriet is feeling ok.
Oh wow!

I wonder if….

Oh, they’ve gone. Oh well…

I should bring the box back in I guess.

Harriet is cautiously peering around the edge of the open workshop door trying not to be caught looking while Monty Dog looks on.
There’s always next week I suppose…
